A regular theme that is mentioned in feedback from our customers is the manner in which our staff conduct themselves during the time that they work at a property.

Mr & Mrs J, customers who live near Newport were keen to say how considerate our staff were whilst they were working at their home.

This kind of feedback is invaluable to us. Not only do we know we have satisfied customers, but those customers are more likely to recommend the Formula One Range™ to family and friends.

As a company, we recognise that our customers usually choose to stay at their properties whilst we are working there.

This year, during the pandemic many more people have also been working from home too. Therefore the need to consider the impact our work has on a customer has been even more important.

When Formula One builders and fitters are working to install windows, doors and/or conservatories at a customer’s property, they always try to work in one area at a time and move around a property methodically.

Dust sheets will be put down to protect furniture and flooring both in the room that we’re working in and in any connecting corridors.

At the end of each working day we will clear up and tidy the area that we have been working in so that you can use it yourselves until we return to continue the installation.

At Formula One we understand that the property is either your home or your place of work – or both! And we will do all we can to make sure that you can live in as much of it as possible. Respect for our customers and their property is central to all that we do.
