Our Group Commercial Manager personally prepares all quotes. Customers will receive a comprehensive breakdown of the items discussed and technical drawings of each component. This is accompanied by product brochures and a checklist of our accreditations and guarantees. Quotes will usually be sent out within a few days. The Commercial Manager also specifies the order, surveys the order and then manages the order form quotation through to completion to ensure that “what we quote is what we complete”.
